The mod is still in beta.

Changelog 0.9.6.1:
– github issues#141 – For some players, the game would not start after the update, this issue has now been fixed.

Changelog 0.9.6.0:
– Rethinking Automatic Engine Shutdown Disable Logic
– Rethinking RVB Specialization Exclusion Logic
– If workshop hours are disabled, the finish time is now calculated correctly.
– Own or mobile workshops are always open; inspections, service, or repairs can be started anytime,
but the work duration may slightly increase due to mechanic dispatch time being simulated.
– DescVersion increased
– Added new mod icon

Changelog 0.9.5.9:
– RVB menu optimization
– Keep your vehicle clean! 100% dirt + player-set daily service time = increased wear (engine, thermostat)
– In cold conditions, the usable battery charge decreases, making starting more difficult.
– If the vehicle is not used, the battery loses 3% of its charge per month.
– In the vehicle workshop menu, the status of each vehicle is displayed, indicating whether it is currently under inspection, service, or repair.
The expected duration of the process is also shown.
– If the vehicle has a hood animation, it automatically opens during inspection/service/repair.
– github issues#138 – Conflict with Dashboard Live

Changelog 0.9.5.8:
– MP Bug

The way the RVB menu opens has changed slightly compared to the FS22 version: Now it can only be accessible if you sit in a vehicle.
Vehicles can only be repaired on the basic vehicle workshop -Trigger.
This was implemented because many players had difficulty using the mod in FS22.
The generator of the vehicle only loads the battery if the engine runs at the idle speed.
The battery can also be charged at electrical charging stations. If the battery level drops to 10% or less, it can be charged in the vehicle workshop.
This version is only used for test purposes and errors can occur.

Recommended Dependencies (to avoid errors):
Wind Turbines Charging Station mod (i.e., FS25_electricChargeStation) – by HoT online Team
JCB E-tech Powerpack (i.e., FS25_JCB_Powerpack)

Mod Conflict
If you are using the Real Vehicle Breakdowns (RVB) mod, do not use the:
– FS25_DisableTurnOffMotor – it will prevent the engine temperature from rising

If you experience excessively fast component wear on a server, it is recommended to shut down the vehicles’ engines before time acceleration or sleeping.
If the issue persists after this, please report it.

Thank you for sharing the detailed changelog for the Real Vehicle Breakdowns mod version 0.9.6.1. It's great to see the continuous improvements and optimizations being made to enhance the gameplay experience for players.

The update addressing the issue where the game would not start for some players after the update is crucial for ensuring smooth gameplay for all users. It's also good to see the adjustments made to the automatic engine shutdown disable logic and the RVB specialization exclusion logic, as well as the correct calculation of finish time when workshop hours are disabled.

The addition of features like player-set daily service time affecting wear, decreased battery charge in cold conditions, and battery maintenance mechanics adds depth and realism to the vehicle maintenance aspect in the game. The visibility of vehicle status in the workshop menu and the automatic hood animation during inspection/service/repair are nice touches for immersion.

The change in how the RVB menu opens and the restriction of vehicle repairs to the basic vehicle workshop trigger seem like practical adjustments based on player feedback from FS22. The information about battery charging behavior and dependencies for the mod's optimal functioning is helpful for users to avoid potential errors.

It's great to see the developer's proactive approach in providing guidance on mod conflicts and recommending actions to address issues such as excessively fast component wear on servers.

Overall, the attention to detail in the mod's development and the efforts to address player feedback and potential issues contribute to a more engaging and realistic gameplay experience for fans of vehicle simulation in FS25.
