– Adjusted size of several farmlands

– Made the decorations with the starting farmhouse sellable with the house
– Removed some fences along river south of the main farm where new property is available for purchase
– Decreased radius of Deadwood contract on farmland 117
– Removed water puddles from farm areas as this unintentionally led to some placed buildings getting flooded during rainy weather

New save only required for the following changes:
– Plowing of snow now allowed throughout entire map
– Swapped out locomotive on train with N. American locomotive
– Dredging Boat now produces stones
