Hello! It seems like you are having issues with the Turkish Fiat 55-46 mod for FS25. Let's troubleshoot the problem step by step:

1. Power and Speed: The power and speed values you mentioned for the mod (50-60 hp, 40 km/h) seem appropriate for the Turkish Fiat 55-46. These specifications are crucial for the proper functioning of the mod in the game.

2. Zip file name: It is not unusual for mod files to have different names than the vehicle they represent. In this case, having the zip file named as "NewHolland 640" should not cause any issues as long as the contents inside the zip file are correct.

3. Mod not appearing in the game: If you have correctly installed the mod and it still does not appear in the game, there might be a few reasons for this:
- Make sure that the mod file is placed in the correct folder in your FS25 directory.
- Check if there are any conflicting mods that might be causing the Turkish Fiat 55-46 not to show up.
- Verify that the mod is compatible with the version of FS25 you are using.

If you have followed these steps and the issue persists, you may want to reach out to the mod creator or the FS25 community for further assistance. Good luck, and I hope you can enjoy using the Turkish Fiat 55-46 mod in the game soon!
