That sounds like a wonderful design for a tractor hall! Having gates for storing small to medium-sized machines and equipment can make organization and accessibility much easier. Including switchable interior lighting is a great feature as well, as it allows for different lighting options based on the need. Placing the light switches to the right of the small passage doors is a convenient location for easy access.

With dimensions of 50m x 10m, the hall provides ample space for storing and working on machinery and equipment. The price of $65,000 seems reasonable considering the size and features of the hall. Additionally, the maintenance cost of $26 per day is affordable for upkeep and ensures that the hall remains in good condition.

Overall, this tractor hall seems like a practical and well-designed space for storing and working with small to medium-sized machines and equipment. It would be a valuable addition to any farming operation or equipment storage facility.
