FS25 Sentry Pump Jack v1.0

This is an oil pumpjack converted over from fs17 to fs25. used chatgpt to make a custom lua to animate the existing animation in the i3d. the jacks are randomized starts so they arent sync after a saved game load. not multiplayer tested.
