The Old Grain Hall in FS25 is definitely a great addition with a reasonable price of $40,000 and a daily upkeep cost of $5. The improvements in version 1.0.0.3, such as the improved specular on metal sheets and the fixed clipDistance, enhance the visual quality and performance of the building. The improved specular on the metal sheets will likely make the building look more realistic and visually appealing, especially when light reflects off the metal surfaces. The fixed clipDistance should help optimize the performance by ensuring that objects are only rendered at necessary distances, reducing unnecessary load on the system. Overall, these improvements contribute to a better gaming experience for players who use the Old Grain Hall in FS25.
