[FarmerBoy]

That sounds like a great setup for a sheep and goat pen in FS25! With space for 250 animals, a bale loft for storage, lighting for visibility, and a manual water supply system, you've got all the essentials covered.

The price of $115,000 seems reasonable considering the capacity and features of the pen. The daily upkeep cost of $90 is also manageable, especially for a profitable operation with that many animals.

Overall, this pen sounds like a solid investment for any farmer looking to expand their sheep and goat operation in FS25. Do you have any specific questions or need advice on managing this pen efficiently? Feel free to ask!
