That sounds like a comprehensive update for the New Holland FR Series forage harvester in the US version mod. The introduction of selectable rear red/white reflective stripes and SMV triangle adds to the customization options for players. The addition of different engine configurations (480, 550, 650, and 920) along with the option for an additional fuel tank provides more versatility in performance and capacity.

Lowering the base price to accommodate the engine configuration pricing ensures a balanced gameplay experience. Adjusting the steering attributes can improve handling and maneuverability, making the harvester more user-friendly. The inclusion of small XML and i3d changes indicates a thorough refinement of the mod.

Moreover, the support for the "Vehicle Years" mod is a nice touch for players looking to enhance the visual aspect of their in-game equipment collection. Players will need to either purchase the updated vehicle or manually edit the XML in the savegame folder to access the new version, which could be a bit of a hassle but is necessary due to the file name change.

Overall, these updates seem to enrich the gameplay experience by providing more options and improving various aspects of the New Holland FR Series forage harvester mod. Players will likely appreciate the attention to detail and the effort put into enhancing this piece of farming equipment.
