That sounds like a very detailed and well-thought-out grain storage solution for the game! The option to choose between a 1 building 2 bay format or a 2 building 4 bay format provides flexibility based on the player's needs. The inclusion of a tip shed for unloading the grain, along with the ability to store and extract grain from any bay using different equipment, adds a realistic touch to the gameplay.

Moreover, it's interesting that you mention the requirement of having the Highlands Fishing Pack DLC installed and activated for effective use of this mod. This indicates a level of integration with existing game content and possibly additional features or compatibility offered by the DLC.

Players looking for a customizable and efficient grain storage solution in the game would likely find this mod appealing. It seems like it offers both functionality and immersion, enhancing the overall farming experience with its detailed storage mechanics.
