The story
It is said that the present-day streets and walls of Wetterstein were built upon the centuries-old foundations of the castle of the legendary Count of Wetterstein. Although the evidence has been lost over time, the legend lives on in the minds of the inhabitants. Today, it is up to you to lead this historic land to new glory and build your own empire in the Count’s footsteps.
The challenge
Welcome to the Wetterstein district! This map isn’t for getting rich quick – here, you’ll have to work hard for your success. With an extreme focus on complex production chains and a realistic economic system, Wetterstein offers long-term motivation that is unparalleled in Farming Simulator 25. The values on the map are deliberately high: while the smallest farmland is inexpensive, functional production facilities cost an average of one million euros. The most expensive property is the biogas plant, valued at nearly 3.95 million euros.

Challenging game world: 192 farmlands and 79 varied fields and meadows.
Optimized team project: The map was created as a true team project and was optimized from the outset for smooth, high-performance operation on the dedicated server .
15 flexible courtyard areas: There are a total of 15 possible courtyard areas. 12 of them are already firmly planned – some with, some without buildings – exactly as the individual players in my game team wanted at the start.
Plenty of space for your own ideas: Numerous vacant plots of land (e.g. FL 39, 48, 67, 112, 116, 117, 121, 126) are available to build your own farms, stables or placeable objects.
Roleplay Ready & Lively AI: Meet local AI characters like Walter, Ben, Noah, Katie, and David at their usual spots. Accessible buildings (fire station, bank, police station) invite you to exciting RP sessions. Glowing event triggers on the map allow you to flexibly activate and deactivate playable scenarios (such as an accident scene).
Unique entertainment: A dedicated broadcasting company with radio and television programs moderated by reporter Frank Zabel, as well as Ben’s barn cinema in Kornfeldt, offer a unique atmosphere away from fieldwork (Tip: Set the playing time to 1!).
Gigantic vertical integration & custom cycles:
The map incorporates 65 permanently installed production facilities with a production depth of 204 production branches. To maximize realism, these buildings cannot simply be demolished or sold (exception: the biogas plant and sawmill, as these count directly as farmyard areas).

Mining & Heavy Industry: Prospect for precious stones, iron ore, gold, limestone, coal, and salt in your own mines. Process the raw materials into iron and gold bars in the hot foundry, which you then use to manufacture essential tools (pickaxes, hammers, scythes) at the toolmaker’s or fine jewelry for the jewelry exchange at the jeweler’s.
Maritime Economy & Energy: Activate up to 12 different fishing grounds, take your fishing boat out and store your catch at one of the three fishing ports. Transport the methane extracted from crude oil production to the gas-fired power plant to generate electricity for EV charging stations, or process crude oil in the refinery into diesel, motor oil, and plastics.
Agricultural, food, and farm supplies: Be completely self-sufficient! Produce your own seeds, herbicides, and solid and liquid fertilizers directly from your farm’s produce. The map offers expanded supply chains for flour, your own cow and pig feed (Eilers Feed), crispbread, jam, and complete coffee production (greenhouse, roastery, coffee grinder). Brewmasters and distillers are also waiting for hops, malt, and yeast for beer and spirits.
Vehicle Components & Muesli: Go into the big leagues! Produce rubber tires, manufacture fabric car seats, cast iron ore car parts, and produce highly complex circuit boards from gold and plastic to supply valuable spare parts for the Baumgartner car dealership. Meanwhile, the muesli bottling plant supplies the region with the finest organic muesli.
A variety of sales outlets:
You can sell your produced goods at lovingly designed stations:Target audience: Supply the “Kornfeldtspatzen” daycare center, the “Lernoase” community school, the local hospital, or the “House of Beautiful Women” with food, tools, and hygiene products.
Gastronomy & Trade: Sell your goods in the pizzeria, in the “Central Cafe”, in the restaurant “Zum Bürgermeister”, in the supermarket, in Willy’s boat restaurant, in the village pub or at the farmers’ markets.
Logistics & Export: Use two inland vessels (Kornfeldt & Kahlschlag), the timber export port, the main trading company or load goods at the large grain silo onto the train that comes from the district of Almsingen and goes to the district of Leema.
Important technical notes & mod recommendations:
Known log entry: The warning “Warning: PedestrianSystem system supports up to 64 static positions…” appears in the log . Since the limit in Farming Simulator 25 is restricted to 64 AI characters by default, but I’ve populated the map with more characters for a more vibrant cityscape, this entry is generated. It has absolutely no impact on gameplay or performance!
Thanks to the community: The four generators built on the map (at FL 111) help you to mitigate the maintenance costs of the permanently installed buildings from the very beginning.
Expandable Shopping Center: The Kornfeldt Shopping Center is included as a separate mod. You can easily add your own new products to the associated XML file unloadTrigger, without ever having to start a new game!palletTriggerbaleTrigger
