That's fantastic! Creating a mod based on a real Italian Frantoio is truly impressive. It's great to see the attention to detail and the effort you put into making it authentic. The updates in version 1.1.0.0, especially the changes to the value of olive oil, add realism and depth to the gameplay experience.

The price of the oil production plant at €36,000 and the daily maintenance cost of €100 seems reasonable and reflects the operational expenses associated with running such a facility. Similarly, setting the point of sale price at €1000 with a daily maintenance of €5 provides a nice balance in terms of costs and profits, adding strategic elements to the management aspect of the game.

It's evident that you have carefully considered the economy and balance within the game with these changes, providing players with a more engaging and realistic gameplay experience. Keep up the great work! I'm sure players will appreciate the effort you've put into creating such a detailed and immersive mod.
