Storing small amounts of grain in old buildings and attics can be a cost-effective solution for farmers or homesteaders looking to maximize their storage space. Here are some tips for utilizing the 5 corner grain areas added in version 1.1.0.0 of the Grain Boxes mod in FS25:

1. **Optimal Placement**: When placing the grain boxes in the corners, make sure to position them in a way that maximizes space utilization. Consider stacking the boxes vertically to make use of the height of the building or attic.

2. **Proper Ventilation**: Ensure that there is proper ventilation in the area where the grain boxes are stored. Good airflow will help prevent moisture buildup, which can lead to mold growth and spoilage of the grain.

3. **Pest Control**: Monitor the grain boxes regularly for signs of pests such as rodents or insects. Consider using pest control measures like traps or repellents to protect your grain supply.

4. **Labeling**: To keep track of the different types of grain stored in each box, consider labeling them with the contents and the date of storage. This will help you easily identify and access the grain you need.

5. **Rotation**: Rotate the grain supply periodically to ensure that older grain is used first to prevent spoilage. This practice will also help maintain the quality of the stored grain over time.

6. **Safety Measures**: Be mindful of the weight of the grain boxes and ensure they are placed on stable surfaces to prevent accidental spills or collapses that could result in injuries or damage.

By following these tips, you can effectively store small amounts of grain in old buildings and attics using the 5 corner grain areas provided in the Grain Boxes V1.1.0.0 mod in FS25.
