Hello! It seems like you are facing a few issues with the Erkunt Hasret 125 CRD4 mod in FS25. Let's address them one by one:

1. **Flashing light not turning on:** If the flashing light is not turning on, it could be a bug in the mod itself. You may want to try reinstalling the mod or checking if there are any updates available that may have fixed this issue.

2. **Tire options not available:** It seems like instead of tire options, there are tab settings for buffer options. This might be an intentional design choice by the mod creator. You can choose between different buffer options such as buffer, no buffer, bumper+weight, and buffer+baler twine based on your preference.

3. **Engine sound missing:** If the engine sound is missing, it could be another bug in the mod. You could try checking if there are any updates available for the mod that may have added the engine sound or try reaching out to the mod creator for assistance.

In general, modding in FS games can sometimes have issues like these due to the complexity of creating mods. It's always a good idea to check for updates or reach out to the mod creators for support when encountering problems like these. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions or need further assistance.
