EBC2 displays rotating server messages at the top of the HUD.
The configuration file is located in:
modSettings/FS25_EBC2/settings.xml

The server messages displayed at the top of the HUD in EBC2 are managed through the configuration file located at the following path:

modSettings/FS25_EBC2/settings.xml

You can access this file to edit and customize the rotating server messages to your preference. Just open the settings.xml file in a text editor and modify the messages as needed.
