FS25 Bank Balance Earns Interest v1.0

Adds interest calculations so that a farm’s bank balance earns interest at the beginning of every month. The interest is included in the “miscellaneous” subtotal on the finances screen. The default rate is 1% APY.

Two dev console commands have been added to control the interest rate:
`biSetInterestRate ` – allows the modification of the interest rate. ex: `biSetInterestRate 0.01` would set the interest rate to the default.
`biGetInterestRate` – prints the current interest rate to the console.

That sounds like a great addition to the game! Allowing the farm's bank balance to earn interest at the beginning of every month adds a new layer of realism and strategy for players to manage their finances effectively.

By defining the default interest rate as 1% APY and providing dev console commands to adjust and view the interest rate (`biSetInterestRate` and `biGetInterestRate`), players can have control over how their bank balance grows over time. This feature not only adds depth to the financial aspect of the game but also incentivizes players to focus on saving and budgeting effectively.

Players can now experiment with different interest rates to optimize their earnings and make more informed decisions about their farm's finances. This update enhances the overall gameplay experience by introducing a dynamic financial element that encourages strategic thinking and long-term planning.
