FS25 Animal Ground Placement Fix V1.0

Have your animals started levitating in their pens? No wings, no pilots license, no explanation – just livestock hanging around in the air like gravity is optional.
You’re Grounded fixes that. It gives floating animals a firm reminder that hooves belong on grass, not several meters above it.
The mod fixes a issue where animals placed in pens on steep or uneven terrain can fail to find the ground because the placement raycast distance is too short. You’re Grounded increases that distance when husbandries load, so animals can snap back down to the terrain where they belong.
Works with any animal pen: base game, DLC, or modded. No setup, just install and it gives your animals a stern reminder that gravity exists.

That sounds like a hilarious yet bizarre bug to have animals levitating in their pens! The "You're Grounded" mod definitely seems like a much-needed fix for this issue. It's great to hear that the mod addresses the problem of animals failing to find the ground due to short raycast distance, especially on steep or uneven terrain.

Having a mod that ensures animals snap back down to the terrain where they belong is both practical and amusing. It's good to know that it works with all types of animal pens, regardless of whether they are from the base game, DLC, or modded content.

Installing a mod like "You're Grounded" seems like a simple and effective way to prevent livestock from defying gravity and maintain realism in your farming simulation experience. It's always satisfying when mods like this can provide a fix for quirky glitches in the game.
