Splits silage production into crop-specific variants. Forage harvester output: – Grass → Grass Chaff (CHAFF_GRASS) – Wheat, Barley, Oat, Triticale, Rye, Sorghum → GPS Chaff (CHAFF_GPS) – Maize → Chaff (vanilla, unchanged) Bunker silo fermentation: – CHAFF_GRASS → Fermented Grass (grass silage) – CHAFF_GPS → Fermented GPS (whole crop silage) – CHAFF → Silage (vanilla corn silage) The grain is now in its final growth phase and can be harvested into swaths which can be processed into GPS silage using a forage harvester and pickup. This mod brings a realistic crop rotation system to Farming Simulator 25 and adds significantly more depth to farming. The yield of your fields now depends on which crops you have previously grown. Good crop rotations improve soil quality in the long term and ensure higher yields, while one-sided cultivation or unfavorable sequences deplete the soil and lead to yield losses. This makes every cultivation decision more important and strategic. In addition, the mod takes into account the use of cover crops: Suitable cover crops improve soil structure and have a positive effect on the next yield. This mod automatically adjusts the storage capacities for food, straw, water, and liquid manure based on the barn’s maximum animal count. The “Advanced Silage Types” globally extends all bunker silos, biogas plants and feeding robots with additional silage types. The script integrates the fillTypes *GRASS_FERMENTED*, *CLOVER_FERMENTED* and *ALFALFA_FERMENTED*, which are intentionally named according to the MaizePlus fillType conventions to avoid conflicts with other mods. The implementation is based on template structures provided by T4xs. All new silage types are processed like standard silage.
