Allows the yaw axis of the outdoor camera to rotate independently of the rotation of the vehicle. Default key to toggle between relative and absolute yaw mode is: Alt+C. This mod also fixes the outdoor camera rotation problem of articulated vehicles, where the camera only rotates within a single articulated frame instead of considering the whole vehicle. This means the camera will stay still even when an articulated vehicle is steered without moving.
