FS25 Stall Rental V1.0.0.1

Lease out your horse stalls and let others take care of their horses while they pay you!
With this mod, the farm owner earns $600 per horse in good health (above 80%) each month, simulating income from boarders renting your stalls.
You’ll still need to feed the horses, but the cleaning is handled automatically by their owners.
To keep gameplay balanced, the horses’ riding level is not increased, so their sell price remains unchanged.
Rent payments are collected at midnight.

That sounds like a great mod addition to the game! Allowing players to lease out horse stalls and earn a monthly income from boarders can add a new level of realism and economic strategy to gameplay. The increased income from $400 to $600 per horse in good health per month is a significant bump and can provide a nice source of passive income for the farm owner.

It's good to know that feeding the horses is still the responsibility of the farm owner, while the cleaning is automated by the horse owners. This can help balance out the workload for players, allowing them to focus on other aspects of farm management while still reaping the benefits of stall rental.

It's also a smart decision to not increase the horses' riding level through stall rental, which maintains balance in the game by keeping the sell price unchanged and not skewing the game economy.

Overall, this mod seems like a well-thought-out addition that can enhance gameplay for players looking to diversify their farm income streams and manage a more dynamic stable environment.
