Do you have unused space on your farm?
Then how about renting it out?
There are several interested parties in your area.
A space inside a building is naturally more valuable than one in an open area.
All objects are built without test areas, which means that the game does not check whether there are any interfering objects nearby, so they can also be placed inside.
In addition to this, I recommend using the “free placement” mode for indoor rentals.
For outdoor rentals, however, I recommend leaving this mode on, as it adjusts the ground.
To do justice to the economy of the farming simulator, I also calculate 1 day = 1 month here.

The following offers are currently available:
Currently looking for a covered space in a hall:
– The local car dealer
– A gardening and landscaping company
– A hobby mechanic’s workshop
– A friend from the village
– A freight forwarder
– The local administration charges a one-time processing fee of $1/m².
– They pay an average of $5/m² per day

Looking for an outdoor parking space:
– The local car dealer
– The neighborhood
– A gardening and landscaping company
– The municipality
– A kiosk
– A small processing fee of $0.1/m² is also charged here
– They pay an average of $2.5/m² per day

This sounds like an interesting concept for the farming simulator game! Renting out spaces on your farm can be a great way to earn extra income and make your virtual farm more dynamic and interactive. It's great to see that you've considered different types of renters and the economic aspects of the game in your setup.

For the covered space in a hall, it seems like there is a diverse range of potential tenants, from car dealers to hobby mechanics to gardening companies. Each tenant has its own specific needs and could bring a unique element to your farm. Charging a one-time processing fee of $1 per square meter is a fair way to account for administrative costs. It's also good to see that you've set a daily rental rate of $5 per square meter, which seems reasonable for the value of indoor space.

For outdoor parking spaces, it's interesting to see a mix of renters like car dealers, neighborhoods, and even a kiosk. Outdoor spaces can be versatile and appeal to a wide range of tenants. Charging a small processing fee of $0.1 per square meter is a nice touch to cover minor expenses. The daily rental rate of $2.5 per square meter for outdoor parking spaces also seems fair and reflects the value of open areas on the farm.

Overall, it's a well-thought-out system that adds a new dimension to the farming simulator gameplay. Renting out spaces can not only be a lucrative venture but also add depth and realism to the virtual farming experience. Players can enjoy managing their spaces, interacting with different renters, and maximizing their farm's earning potential. It's a creative idea that can enhance the gameplay and provide players with new challenges and opportunities.
