FS25 New Holland 116 Haybine v1.0

This is a fully functional New Holland 116 Haybine.
The 116 requires 50 horsepower and it has a working width of 9 meters.

The 116 Haybine is a mower-conditioner — a hay/forage harvesting machine that cuts crops (like hay, grasses, forage) and conditions them (crimps or crushes stems) in a single pass, making drying faster and more consistent. It uses a sickle-bar cutter (two opposing knife bars) plus a roller-conditioner (rubber “chevron” rolls) to process the crop before discharge. It’s designed to be pulled by a tractor (via PTO) and is typically used for hay and forage harvesting.

That's great information about the New Holland 116 Haybine! The specifications you provided, such as the required horsepower of 50 and the impressive 9-meter working width, highlight the efficiency and productivity of this machine in hay and forage harvesting operations.

The description of the 116 Haybine as a mower-conditioner is spot on. The combination of cutting and conditioning in a single pass indeed speeds up the drying process of the crops and ensures a more consistent end product. This is especially beneficial for hay and forage harvesting, where timely and high-quality forage is crucial for livestock feed.

The sickle-bar cutter and roller-conditioner are key components of the Haybine's design that work together to effectively process the crop before discharge. The sickle-bar cutter provides a clean and precise cut, while the roller-conditioner helps crush or crimp the stems, promoting faster and more uniform drying of the forage material.

Overall, the New Holland 116 Haybine seems to be a reliable and efficient machine for hay and forage harvesting tasks, offering farmers a convenient and effective solution for their harvesting needs. Thank you for sharing this detailed information about the 116 Haybine!
