The updated version (V1.1.0.0) of the house in the Modern Farmhouse series sounds exciting! The corrected roof texture must enhance the overall look of the house, ensuring it appears even more appealing. The addition of Christmas lights is a lovely touch, adding a festive feel to the house during the holiday season.

The variant with a black roof adds a touch of sophistication and contrast to the house, offering a different visual experience for those interested in a darker color scheme.

Moreover, the introduction of configurable solar panels is a sustainable and cost-effective feature that aligns with modern energy-efficient practices. This addition not only benefits the environment but also provides potential savings on electricity costs over time.

With a construction cost of $75,000 for the standard version, the variant with the black roof priced similarly, and the option to include solar panels for an additional $25,000, this house seems like a great choice for those looking for a mix of style, functionality, and sustainability in their home.
