The fire station mod sounds like a great addition to the game! Having a detailed fire station in the game can enhance the overall experience for players, especially those who enjoy managing emergency services in their virtual world.

The price of €400,000 seems reasonable considering the special features it offers, such as illuminated lettering, chairs for sitting, and the recent updates like adding a sink and more to the toilet in V1.0.0.2.

The monthly maintenance cost of €40 is also quite affordable, making it a sustainable investment in the long run for players who want to have a well-equipped fire station in their game.

It's great to see that the developers are actively updating the mod and adding new features. The addition of the light version in V1.0.0.1 could be helpful for players who prefer a less resource-intensive option without compromising on the core features of the fire station.

Overall, this mod seems like a valuable asset for players who want to enhance the emergency services aspect of their game and provides a detailed and immersive fire station experience.
