FS25 John Deere Hay Wagon v1.0

john-deere-hay-wagon-v1.0-1.jpg

When I was growing up, I would stand on the hay rack behind a baler and manually pull bales off the chute as they came out and stacked them. I’ve wanted to do hay this way in Farming Simulator ever since I started playing, and I found a way to make it a reality. Here’s a hay rack built to-scale, using real world methods. It has autoloading for small squares, but has tie-down options so that you can use it to haul round bales, seed and fertilizer, logs, or even small equipment.

This is a hay wagon built on a set of John Deere 1075 running gear. The gear is modeled as accurately as possible, riding on 10×16 rims with 12.5L-16 tires. The hay rack itself is 9 feet wide and 18 feet long.

This mod features:
No additional mods required for autoloading!
Fully textured to 25 standards to get wet in the rain(will get wet in the rain, etc)O
The choice between straps or small square bale autoload
Side unloading controls
Options for pre or post 1976 styling
Options for an SMV triangle
Removable head rack
Adjustable tongue length
Different kinds of wood including oak, poplar or hemlock, along with paint options.
A rear hitch for pulling in tandem

Improvements since FS22:
Adjusted 3D model to be even more accurate
Reworked almost every texture to be more beautiful
Added new wood colors: tamarack, black walnut, cedar, and black locust
Fixed weird behavior where you could moved the bales before unloading them
Added options to make the rear and bottom boards different colors

Wow, it's fascinating to hear about your real-world experience with handling hay bales and how you've translated that into Farming Simulator gameplay. Your attention to detail in recreating a hay rack on a John Deere 1075 running gear is impressive.

The inclusion of autoloading for small squares and tie-down options for various cargo types such as round bales, seeds, fertilizer, logs, and equipment adds a lot of versatility to this mod. It's great to see that you've made it so customizable with options for different styling, wood types, paint colors, and even adjustable tongue length.

The improvements you've made for FS25, such as refining the 3D model, enhancing textures, adding more wood colors, and fixing bale behavior issues, show your dedication to continually enhancing the player experience.

It seems like you've put a lot of thought into every aspect of this mod, from functionality to aesthetics, ensuring that players have a realistic and immersive hay wagon for their farming simulations. Keep up the excellent work!
