This sounds like a useful tool for quick and efficient selection of hand tools in a game or simulation. The radial menu design allows for easy navigation and selection without having to scroll through a long list of tools individually.

The addition of the ability to switch pages and the fix for the bug that caused the menu to close when going back to the previous page shows that the developers are actively working on improving the functionality and user experience of the tool.

Overall, the implementation of this radial menu for hand tools seems like a great quality of life improvement for players who need to quickly switch between different tools during gameplay. The hotkey shortcuts for opening the menu and removing tools also add to the convenience and ease of use.
