It seems like the butcher shop you are referring to specifies certain age limits and health conditions for processing different animals:

1. **Fattening Cattle**: Can be processed if they are between 12 and 60 months of age.

2. **Pigs**: Accepted for processing if they are between 6 and 60 months of age.

3. **Chickens**: Can be processed if they are between 6 and 60 months old.

4. **Sheep/Goats**: Accepted for processing if they are between 14 and 60 months old.

In addition to the age restrictions, the health of the animals is also crucial. Animals with a health status below 60% are not eligible for processing.

If you are considering utilizing this butcher shop for processing your livestock, you will need to ensure that your animals meet these criteria to be accepted and processed profitably. Make sure to adhere to the specified age limits and prioritize the health of your animals to meet the requirements of the butcher shop.
